Spliced and vulcanized o-rings are a viable solution when standard o-rings cannot be used. Spliced o-rings are made from extruded o-ring cord and then vulcanized to form the o-ring size (ID) required. Ace Seal provides seamless spliced English & Metric O-Rings in all of the standard materials in a variety of cross sections, as well as Splicing Kits.
Materials Used for Spliced & Vulcanized O-Rings
In addition to Spliced & Vulcanized o-rings, Ace Seal also offers Quad Rings, Parker O-Rings and Parker Back-Up Rings in all common materials.
